ELIGIBILITY

Children must be 3 to 5 years old (3 or 4 years old by September 1st, or 5 years old after September 1st)  Families must meet Federal Head Start Income Guidelines, live within program boundaries and children must have an up-to-date immunization record.  Children are also required to complete an annual physical and dental examination within the required number of days.
