Mr. Charles Ray Cobbs, Jr. was born and raised in the small town of Florence, Arizona and was the fourth eldest of eight children. After graduating from Florence High School, Charles attended and played football at Northern Arizona University.  Charles ultimately received his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from Ottawa University. Charles has spent his entire 36-year career in and around law enforcement to include employment with the Arizona Department of Corrections, Arizona Department of Gaming, and currently serving as Community Affairs Specialists for the Tempe Police Department. Charles has been married to his wife, Vicki, for 38 years and they have three adult children and six grandchildren.
