Ms. Josie Ayon was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona. Josie has been with Booker T Washington for 31 years. She started her career with the organization as a parent volunteer in 1992 and very shortly thereafter was hired as a teacher assistant. She continued to pursue her education and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Northern Arizona University and a Master’s Degree in Administrative Leadership from Grand Canyon University. She takes great pride in the work she does to ensure children and families receive a high-quality early childhood education.
