Preparing Children for Success
The essence of the Booker T. Washington Child Development Center is our dedication to serving young children and their families. We understand that parents are the primary educators and role models for their children.
All of our programs support parents as they pursue social, economic, and educational achievement. We offer two primary programs: a free Head Start program and a tuition based Preschool program for ages 3-5 with some scholarships available. Our programs have received a five-star rating from First Things First, their highest rating.
Our Head Start program is offered at multiple locations in the Eastlake and Garfield communities. Head Start and Preschool are available at our main campus at 1519 E. Adams Street.
